midl.exe doesn't support AMD64 platform
When I try to port mozilla/accecibility, I notice that current MIDL.EXE doesn't support AMD64 platform. Even if it launch with /win64, it generates proxy code for Itanimum only. So although I updated SDK to latest (from MSDN), it keeps the limitation... Is this fixed until RTM??/* this ALWAYS GENERATED file contains the proxy stub code */
